At RnDAO, we're outperforming the traditional way of building startups through our collaborative network where each startup benefits from the achievements of all others. As a Contributor, you'll join one of our existing venture teams or RnDAO Labs and help them grow, while building on top of shared marketing channels, talent networks, brand recognition, investor networks, technology, and market insights.

About RnDAO

RnDAO has created a collaborative network where ventures can build on top of the collective achievements of the entire ecosystem. Each startup is led by a small team that can quickly make decisions, experiment, and iterate—avoiding both the bureaucracy of corporations and the politics of traditional DAOs.

We call this approach Swarms.

Your role:

• Join an existing venture team or RnDAO Labs (focused on venture support)

• Drive growth and execution using your specialized startup skills

• Take ownership with voice and vote in selecting team members, electing leads, and shaping work practices

• Hold accountability for your work while supporting colleagues to do the same

• Scale with the venture with potential to become a Lead (akin to cofounder)

You are:

• A builder with skills for tech startups: UX design, development, marketing, growth, sales, user research, product management, or operations

• Not someone with a passive employee mindset or "mercenary" freelancer approach

• Interested in long-term upside of building a successful venture

• Ready for fast pace, constant learning, and resilience needed for startups

• Entrepreneurial-minded, looking for little to no fiat compared to market rate

Details:

• Commitment: Part-time (minimum 10 hrs/week) or full-time preferred

• Location: Remote-first, Europe/Africa/America time zones

• Compensation: Sweat equity—ownership calculated by fair market value minus fiat received

CollabTech refers to tools that enhance human collaboration, evolving traditional B2B SaaS and other tools for organizations, gig economy, and creators. This includes AI agents, blockchain infrastructure, and more—anything that helps people work better together.

A Swarm is our approach: a network of startups focused on similar domains that align incentives and collaborate to grow faster. You get the scale of a whole product ecosystem (distribution, capital access, market insights, product integrations) while retaining the speed and innovation of startup teams.

Each venture operates as a separate entity with its own governance, treasury, and finances, giving you real agency to improve the venture you contribute to.

• Experience building tech startups in: UX design, development, marketing, growth, sales, user research, product management, or operations

• Entrepreneurial mindset—interested in long-term venture upside over short-term fiat

• Commitment to minimum 10 hours/week (full-time preferred)

• Passionate about Collaboration Technology (CollabTech) and humane collaboration

• Ready for startup pace: fast learning, constant iteration, resilience

• Proactive communication, accountability, and willingness to ask for help when needed

Nice-to-haves

• Senior-level experience (occasional mentorship positions available with reduced commitment)

• Experience with AI agents, blockchain infrastructure, or collaboration tools

• Previous startup or venture building experience

• Interest in becoming a Lead (cofounder-level) role with 3-6 year commitment
