Join Contribo as our commercial co-founder. You’ll lead sales, set pricing, and steer fundraising. Your focus: bring in early customers, form key partnerships, and guide the company’s growth.

Job description

Contribo is re-engineering the freelance marketplace for the onchain era. Today’s gig sites (Upwork, Fiverr) swallow margins and hoard reputation data, while grant platforms leak ROI because milestones and accountability live in Google Docs. Contribo fixes both: every task, escrowed milestone, and reviewer score is recorded in a smart contract, giving contributors portable, verifiable reputation and giving funders instant auditability.

We’ve already proven appetite, placing 3rd out of 100 teams at the 2025 Arbitrum Hackathon. Our MVP runs on Arbitrum testnet, uses signature-less wallet auth, and releases payments automatically when on-chain attestations confirm work is done.

Responsbilities

Your mission as Co-Founder, Commercial & Growth Lead is to turn community buzz into sustainable revenue and capital. You’ll own the outward-facing engine, closing pilots with DAOs, dev shops, and Web3 startups; refining pricing and take-rates. In your first 90 days you’ll (1) launch at least three revenue-generating pilots, (2) validate a fee structure that covers infra costs with 50% margin, and (3) build an investor pipeline that converts to signed term sheets.

Why join now?

You’ll sit in the co-founder seat—shaping product strategy, token-model decisions, and governance from day one. The TAM is enormous: global freelance payments top $1 trn, yet <1% is on-chain. Regulatory tailwinds and Layer-2 cost drops make timing ideal. We’re remote-first, async-native, and committed to an inclusive contributor network—whether you’re in Lisbon, Lagos, or Lahore, your upside is measured in tokens and double-digit equity, not geography.
