Your mission as co-founder is to turn that vision into a daily reality for thousands of people. You’ll refine the product story, draw a clear roadmap, and lead rapid test-and-learn cycles to validate assumptions with live users. Early on, you’ll white-glove onboard design-partner teams, listen obsessively to their feedback, and iterate until friction disappears. You’ll also pitch the value to app builders: plug in our SDK and skip weeks of auth work, gain instant “Sign in with RnDAO” credibility, and tap into a growing pool of verified users whose identity, wallet, and reputation travel with them.

As momentum builds, you’ll expand the ecosystem—closing pilot integrations with RnDAO ventures, indie apps, and established platforms. Meanwhile, you’ll champion an open, documentation-first culture, recruit and mentor a high-energy team, and share milestones publicly to inspire contributors and attract investors. Long term, your goal is simple: make identity portable, private, and user-owned so building or joining a new app is as effortless as opening a browser tab.

Role & Responsibilities

• Lead revenue & partnerships: set 12-month ARR and integration-value targets.

• Define ICP & pricing: prove WTP with 5 paying design partners.

• Craft GTM narrative: translate tech into business value, secure first marquee logo.

• Build the org: hire sales + ops, design tokens-for-equity contributor model.

• Steer regulatory & data-privacy strategy: ensure compliance becomes a product moat.

• Drive ecosystem incentives: structure win-win tokenomics for apps, users, and RnDAO.
