Entrepreneur-in-Residence (EiR) — RnDAO Labs. Build the next generation of Collaboration Tech with a Swarm at your back..

Job description

Why this role exists

RnDAO is a venture studio dedicated to CollabTech—AI-native, Web3-enabled tools that make work more human and high-leverage. As an EiR you’ll spend up to 6 months turning a promising opportunity (yours or ours) into a venture ready for MVP funding. You tap the studio’s research, talent pool and investor network; we tap your founder drive and domain insight

What you’ll do

  • Validate a problem & market — rapid interviews, experiments and landing-page sells.

  • Craft the venture thesis — crystallise unique insight, solution concept and GTM.

  • Recruit early talent & co-founders from our Swarm and your network.

  • Pitch to the Investment Committee; on graduation receive $50k pre-seed plus hands-on support for 12 months.

  • Contribute to guild discussions (product, growth, token-econ) and pay forward lessons learned.

What we provide

  • Stipend · $2.5 k/mo (cover basics while you validate).

  • Access to senior operators from Google Workspace, Asana, Techstars.

  • Shared resources: growth sprints, UX design, legal, smart-contract dev.

  • Cross-venture equity upside and 70 % target ownership for the founding team.

Job requirements

  • You’ve shipped SaaS, AI or crypto products—PM, engineer, designer or GTM lead.

  • Fluent in rapid hypothesis testing and customer discovery.

  • Burning to fix a collaboration pain you’ve lived, or keen to dive into one of ours.

  • Ready to commit full-time within 30 days and thrive in a cooperative, token-aligned culture.

Nice-to-haves

  • Prior founding, venture-backed or accelerator experience.

  • Thought leadership in future-of-work or open-source communities.
