A 6-month program where you join our team and work remotely across our portfolio of startups.

Job description

Join a 6-month part-time fellowship program where you quickly develop your skills to build startups from 0 to 1 and become familiar with Web3 and the future of work. You’ll support RnDAO LLC, a non-profit with a mission to Empower Humane Collaboration. You’ll gain access to our venture building playbooks and practice across research and venture support activities, working with RnDAO’s portfolio of startups.

⚠️ IMPORTANT: This is not a job. There is no fiat compensation for the program. Upon successful completion, you will receive governance tokens that give you membership in the Limited Liability Company that serves as the holding company of RnDAO. Review the Innovator's Contract.

After the 6-month period, Innovators decide their own path: continue as part of the RnDAO Contributors, join one of our ventures as a team member or co-lead, or join the Entrepreneur in Residence program full-time to launch your own startup.

About RnDAO:

RnDAO LLC is incorporated as a non-profit with a mission to Empower Humane Collaboration. We envision a modular “super-app for work”, built from shared primitives and Interoperable apps, enabling fluid collaboration beyond company silos. Instead of monolithic CRMs, ERPs or fragmented tools, we aim at creating an ecosystem where each new application strengthens the whole network.

About you:

You’re unsatisfied with your current job’s lack of creativity and innovation, or otherwise looking to get to the next level. You get work done smartly, leveraging AI or automation processes. You’re fascinated by emerging technologies like Blockchain and AI. You’re looking for the right opportunity to bring your Web2 experience and hard skills to Web3. And you’re looking for a hands-on learning experience, where you can contribute to the success of early-stage startups.

The Opportunity: Grow your innovation skills and, if desired, be ready to lead your own startup.

  • Direct, hands-on experience building successful ventures from scratch, using a systematic approach: from problem discovery, prototype to first sell and beyond.

  • Highly varied day-to-day work (reality of early-stage startups), including: rapid prototyping, market research, customer development, venture strategy, business model validation, pitch development, growth marketing, brand and comms strategy, talent attraction, lean innovation, and more. (varies for technical and non-technical profiles).

  • Ability to rotate through multiple ventures and projects during the program.

  • Earn Governance rights in RnDAO (token-based) and advance the mission to Empower Humane Collaboration.

  • A culture where the more you commit, the more you learn and the more you own.

What we expect from you:

  • 6 months minimum commitment,

  • At least 10 hours per week,

  • Fully remote

  • Availability in CET afternoons for meetings, otherwise work whichever schedule you decide

  • You’re already employed (full or part-time), giving you enough security to commit to the program while having enough availability to deliver quality work.

The application path:

  1. Complete the application form

  2. Get on a call with a member of our team

  3. Sign the Innovator’s Contract

  4. Two weeks onboarding into RnDAO to meet the team and co-define your first role
