RnDAO is a research-led venture builder on a mission to empower humane collaboration. We’re a platform where founders and teams investigate real organizational problems, then spin up ventures that plug into a modular product ecosystem. In our first year we supported five autonomous venture teams, ran a dozen+ research initiatives, and grew a 40+ person community of builders across product, research, and go-to-market.

This opening is for a new venture to join our swarm. If you’re exploring collaboration tech (organizational/community tooling) and want to avoid the usual traps, building features instead of solving root causes, battling long B2B cycles without shared motion, then build with us.

How it works: you bring a sharp problem thesis (or early product), founder-market insight, and the will to lead. We compound your efforts with cross-unit research, shared BD and recruitment, fundraising support, and composable products that let ventures co-sell, co-build, and reuse capabilities. The result: faster learning, lower risk, and a clearer path through complex B2B adoption.

What we’re looking for: a founder or small team with a research mindset, evidence of problem pull (early pilots, design-partners, or a strong thesis), and the desire to operate autonomously while collaborating deeply across the RnDAO ecosystem. You value rigorous inquiry, modular architectures, and practical GTM in B2B contexts.
